Lancaster AI Hub is a project to turn two former printing-plant sites into data centers for AI computing. Chirisa Technology Parks is developing the campuses on Greenfield Road and Harrisburg Pike.

The city negotiated a community benefits agreement with the developer to address the project’s effects on nearby neighborhoods. It covers environmental limits, local hiring and payments to community funds.
