Why we started
Mark Cuban called for people to share data center contracts and use crowdsourcing and AI to write a better agreement for communities. This independent project takes up that idea.
Who can contribute?
Residents, policy experts, public officials, researchers, lawyers and developers. Share a document, suggest wording or explain what has worked.
How we use submissions
Editors review contributions before publication. You choose whether to be named. Contact details stay private; entries and files are stored in Tally.
How we use sources
Each record links to its source and identifies drafts, proposals and signed documents. A promise in an agreement does not prove it was delivered.
