AC Trumbull sought to expand its data center capabilities and participate in Connecticut’s data center incentive program. Its agreement preserves ordinary local property taxes rather than replacing them with a negotiated host payment.
The town council authorized the agreement unanimously on October 6, 2025. The attached counterpart bears the company’s September 19 signature; the town signature field is blank.

Public revenue & benefits
AC Trumbull continues paying municipal property taxes at the prevailing rate. It receives no municipal property-tax exemption and owes no separate host fee under this agreement.

If the company later seeks municipal tax exemptions, the parties must negotiate an amendment. It must provide the town assessor with its state incentive-program reporting unless disclosure is prohibited by law.
The initial term is 20 years, tied to the state agreement. Termination of the state agreement also terminates this host agreement.
