Each record has a stable `id`, `title`, `author`, `type` and original `url`. Optional fields include `publisher`, `source_kind`, `date`, `date_display`, `quote`, `status`, `place` and search `keywords`. - `quote` is a stored excerpt, not the full source. An empty field means it was not recorded. Search keywords help discovery; they are not quotations or a summary of the complete document. - `sources/all.html` is the readable full index. `sources/topic-*.html` files contain the sources in each topic; filenames with `--` identify narrower subjects. Matching `.md` files provide the same content for downloading and attaching to an AI. Each index uses the same source IDs as the gallery, including cards that have not loaded on screen.
